Background on OrgVitality

OrgVitality is a management consulting firm founded by Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and Technologists.  We focus on helping organizations make sustainable improvements that optimize their current performance while preparing for the future.  Our goal is simple:  To assist our clients in creating vitality within their organizations.   What’s “vitality?”  We view “vitality” as the capacity needed to thrive in varied environments, to excel where others struggle, and to create a purposeful existence – one that excels today and tomorrow.

Our work on creating sustainable change is based on three components:

  1. Strategy – defining what change fits the needs of the organization
  2. Insight – evidence-based information to characterize the situation
  3. Action – efforts to make change

Why We're Different

Since its founding, OrgVitality has brought back a scientific rigor to the marketplace, delivered by experienced staff and focused on meeting each client’s specific and unique needs.  We have grown from this initial foundation to an organization based on the following position:
You will be missing huge opportunities if:

  • You can’t find elements of your organization’s unique strategy or even your industry reflected in your project.
  • You work with partners who confuse “strategy” with ambitions or performance, and who aren’t focused on what keeps your top leaders awake at night.
  • Your technology deploys fancy features, yet falls short of providing wise guidance that compels improvement.
  • The services you get are based more on another vendor’s tools as opposed to your unique challenges.
  • Your vendor relationships are sold and serviced by people who don’t work on your project.
  • Your project looks like everyone else’s.

OrgVitality is here to help you maximize the opportunities you might be missing.  Our success has always been founded on long-term, professional relationships, not just with our own clients, but with the marketplace and business community at-large.  We are an organization that:

  • Creates unique, scientifically-grounded yet strategically-relevant solutions for your unique challenges.
  • Delivers through experienced, service-focused staff.
  • Deploys and scales organizational change wisdom through our own technology systems.

Give us a call.  We would be happy to demonstrate how we work.
