In honor of Pride month, People @ Work spoke with Lauren Murphy, a 4th year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Saint Louis University, about her research on the experience of LGBTQ+ employees in the workplace. In this episode, Lauren explores the special challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace, while offering suggestions for organizations on how to foster a culture of inclusivity and fairness.
