We are looking for a full-time experienced Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee listening and engagement solutions to our clients.
This position is remote, but the person hired for this position must work US Eastern time zone hours and due to our current payroll requirements must be based in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Washington State.
Your Mission:
- Lead successful employee survey projects: From start to finish, managing all aspects of 360 assessments, 180 evaluations, and other survey initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships: Foster collaborative partnerships with global organizations, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive operational excellence: Ensure projects run smoothly, overseeing timelines, work assignments, quality control, and data management.
- Bridge the gap between clients and internal teams: Communicate effectively, translating clients' needs into actionable project requirements for our development team.
What the Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Previous project management experience: A track record of successful project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale enterprise-wide projects including experience leading meetings and providing agendas/meeting minutes.
- Ability to work US East Coast hours: must be able to work independently in a remote environment. While this position is remote, a candidate must be able to work US East Coast Hours and be located in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Washington State.
- Technical proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint). Have a thorough understanding of database mechanics – templates and other inputs generate deliverables, work with large data sets, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams. Self-starter and excellent collaborative team players are a must.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized: A meticulous approach to project management with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Manage and prioritize own workload while working collaboratively: Act as a liaison between all OV and client project teams. Independent accountability in managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project including but not limited to project plans, prioritization, timelines, to-dos, work assignments, QC, data checking, etc.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot challenges and find creative solutions.
- Employee survey expertise: Experience with employee listening, 360 assessments, talent management initiatives, survey tools or custom-built tools is a plus!
