People @Work - How Intel is Innovating Their Survey Program During the Pandemic
2020 was a challenging year for most people, and many organizations found themselves rethinking their survey programs in order to accurately capture the current environment. It’s been a time to be agile in order to keep up with the changing world, and a time to test new approaches as the employee experience evolves. Given the changing landscape, OrgVitality brought together leading survey practitioners from JetBlue, Flowserve, and Intel to hear about their specific efforts to stay tuned into their employees’ feedback, both in the past year and looking ahead for 2021.
