Jeffry Saltzman
Jeffrey Saltzman is the CEO of OrgVitality, and an Associated Fellow at the Center for Leadership Studies, School of Management at Binghamton University. He is credited with driving technological improvements now commonly seen in the survey industry, creating a business model focused on scientific rigor and business practicality while aiming for bottom-line results. He is the co-author of Creating the Vital Organization: Balancing Short-Term Profits with Long-Term Success, among other books.

Scott Brooks, Ph.D
Dr. Scott Brooks is a Partner and Vice President of Consulting at OrgVitality. With twenty years of experience, he consults with organizations and individuals to drive strategic change based on surveys, HR metrics, and research that illuminate the connections between leadership, operations, customer loyalty and business results. He is the co-author of Creating the Vital Organization: Balancing Short-Term Profits with Long-Term Success. Scott holds a Ph.D in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.

Victoria Hendrickson, Ph.D
Dr. Victoria Hendrickson is a partner and vice president in the consulting department at OrgVitality. She works to strategically design and administer employee surveys, customer surveys and linkage research. Across these tools, she works to gather data that helps leaders address their organization’s unique strategic challenges and to present findings as an insightful story that guides meaningful change. Victoria comes to OrgVitality with a background in organizational development and leadership development. She conducts applied research on topics of survey comments and organizational ambidexterity and regularly presents at national and international conferences. Victoria received her undergraduate degree in Social Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California, and her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University.

Susie Maher
Susie is a Partner and Vice President of Operations and Project Management. Susie oversees the team that manages all of OrgVitality’s projects from start to finish. She is committed to producing the highest quality work possible and providing our clients with exceptional service – simply meeting client expectations is just not enough. Susie’s highly organized approach and deep understanding of OV’s services ensure that our project deliverables are innovative, easy to use/implement, and timely. Susie has extensive experience implementing some of OV’s largest and most complex, global projects. She has an uncanny ability to manage multiple moving parts, keeping track of the tiniest details while still keeping the big picture in mind, and she remains upbeat through it all.

Natan Lerner
Natan is a Partner and OrgVitality’s Chief Technology Officer. Natan has been designing survey systems for some of the world’s largest, most complex organizations for 20 years. Natan possesses the technical experience, creativity, and management expertise to develop intuitive and elegant systems from the ground up. But, he does more than simply execute. He is skilled at combining his understanding of the IT world with the purpose behind his tools to create the most comprehensive and thoughtful products possible. While Natan is known for his “anything is possible” work philosophy, he is honest and realistic when setting client expectations. He and his team are incredibly hard working and do whatever it takes to meet project deliverables on a daily basis. If you can dream it, Natan and his team can certainly build it.

Amanda Dundas
Amanda focuses on business development, including creating branded content, managing special events, and working with clients to enhance their internal communications. Amanda comes to OrgVitality from the media industry, where she had 20 years of experience writing for national magazines, newspapers, online publications, and television news programs. She graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in English and Comparative Literature

Walter Reichman, MBA, Ed.D
Walter joined OrgVitality as a Partner and Vice President of Professional Presence. Prior to joining OV, he chaired the Psychology department at Baruch College for 17 years with well over 120 students receiving their Masters and PhDs under his guidance. You will be hard pressed to find someone that is more connected with Industrial and Organizational Psychologists in the New York area than Walter – whether in academia, the public sector, private industry, or consulting. Walter’s positive and enthusiastic attitude makes him an asset to any team. Through his many years working in executive development, he understands firsthand the importance of listening to clients, asking the right questions, and providing a well thought out direction. His work with the United Nations to apply principles of Industrial and Organizational Psychology to impoverished countries will inspire you.

Allie DeMartino, MBA
Allie DeMartino is a Senior Project Manager at OrgVitality. She has been in the survey industry for about four years and has spent that time learning the ins and outs of how the business works. Her previous professional experience in higher education has helped her to build a work philosophy that is inclusive, allowing her to leverage all team members’ knowledge and abilities from differing areas of expertise. Allie has her MBA in Leadership and Marketing from Binghamton University.

Amelia Wish
Amelia joins OV with a background in market research. She has extensive experience with the Latino community, hospitality/entertainment industry, and consumer packaged goods industries, as well as supplier side consumer insights. In addition to the Latino community, Amelia has done extensive work in China and LATAM. Amelia works with clients to understand their business needs, translate those needs into the project scope, and execute on multiple projects in a timely manner.

Vicki Alcott, Ph.D
Vicki Alcott serves as a Project Manager at OrgVitality where she oversees all phases of conducting employee surveys and 360 assessments. She has been involved in survey design, administration, analysis, and reporting for a number of large Fortune 500 clients. She has experience in both employee and customer surveys, working across various industries, including finance, technology and not-for-profit organizations. Vicki has also worked on a range of projects related to diversity, leadership development, performance management and customer market research. Vicki holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.

Amanda enjoys creating and maintaining timelines, fostering client relationships, and overseeing projects from start to finish. Amanda likes to spend time volunteering in the community for the local LGBTQ Center and as a political activist. Amanda received an M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a B.A. in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Amanda loves to work with clients on making their goals a reality and prides herself on her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to anticipate and prevent problems before they happen. Always aiming to exceed expectations, Amanda strives to listen and understand her client’s goals and keep the big picture in mind throughout the execution of the project.

Donna joins OV as a Senior Project Manager with over 14 years of project management experience in the survey business, working with clients of varying project sizes and scope, including many Fortune 500 companies. Donna takes pride in making sure her clients’ experience is seamless, and projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner. She is currently volunteering as a college coach for Latino U College Access, a non-profit organization helping first generation Latino students apply, enter, and succeed in college.

Hallie is a Project Manager at OrgVitality. She joins OV with an extensive background in human resources and executing the global employee engagement survey program at a Fortune 100 company. Hallie loves to collaborate with others to see a project through from conception to completion. She also likes to problem solve and identify and implement process improvements. She has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Washington University. In her spare time Hallie enjoys spending time with her family and watching her two children play sports.

Kristen joins the OrgVitality PM team with several years of project management experience. She has worked for diverse agencies over the years and has mastered the art of building client relationships while ensuring all major project milestones are being met. She takes pride in her ability to problem solve in a pinch and her ability to stay organized with an Excel spreadsheet for anything in her life. In her spare time Kristen enjoys crafting, yoga, and chasing after her two young daughters.

Sarah Fogel, MA
Sarah recently graduated (with distinction) from City, University of London with a Masters in Organisational Psychology. Whilst studying, Sarah worked part-time for OV as a project manager. After graduating and becoming full time, Sarah continues to be a project manager, whilst also assisting with I/O related consulting activities which include but are not limited to; workshop/training development, item writing, and supporting with action planning resources. Sarah is passionate about continuing to build her knowledge, furthering her professional development and utilizing her holistic skillset in the world of Organizational Psychology.

Jerry H. Seibert, M.A.
Jerry Seibert is an executive consultant at OrgVitality. He has 30 years of experience working with organizations to measure and improve customer, employee and other stakeholder perceptions. In addition to leading a wide range of client engagements, Mr. Seibert has also led research in internal customer service and its connection to business outcomes. He has designed and implemented employee surveys for numerous organizations, ranging in scope from global entities to small privately held firms. He is the co-author of Hidden Drivers of Success: Leveraging Employee Insights for Strategic Advantage, published by SHRM in 2013, and has more than 20 publications to his credit in a variety of peer reviewed and professional journals. Mr. Seibert received his M.A. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. He has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware.

Marisa Rosen, PhD
Marisa Rosen, PhD, is a Consultant at OrgVitality. She works to design employee surveys, conduct analyses, and communicate findings with organizations. Marisa comes to OrgVitality with a background in psychometrics and a focus on understanding and promoting employee voice in disadvantaged groups, and under in crisis situations, such as the pandemic and associated economic downturn. In her work, she uses research methods and advanced statistics to uncover and resolve workforce issues. Marisa received her PhD in August 2022 and has her MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. She also has her MS in Management and BS in Psychology from the University of Florida.

Massimo is a Senior Software Architect with extensive experience in the Survey business for over 13 years. Massimo is skilled in managing small and large organizations alike with various types of projects. He has been able to work both as a developer and as a team leader managing all aspects of a project lifecycle as well as keeping up with the latest technologies. With his experience and capability, he had built and updated large project solutions like Engagement Surveys, Exit and Onboarding, 360 as well as Pulse surveys. Massimo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
