Have a well-established employee survey does a good job - is well-founded, respected, and used throughout the organization - but still think it could be better? Or, have your scores been just a little too high lately, and not inspiring any meaningful change? Or maybe you just have a generic survey that could do a better job of reflecting your unique organization and its strategic priorities. Whatever the issue, this webinar is for survey practitioners who want to improve their surveys to deliver authentic and impactful results. In this webinar, Dr. Scott Brooks dives deep into the types of changes that pump more value into employee surveys, as well as considerations and balance for honoring the past while innovating into the future.
